A Seminar on supporting the adolescent dancers' and performing artists' well-being
On Sunday the 5th of June 2022, 10-17 o´clock at the Finnish National Opera and Ballet & Zoom
In our biggest seminar this year we will dive in to the physical challenges of
the adolescent dancer, how to train smart when issues occur, as well as
nutrition and recovery. The seminar is for teachers, parents, everyone
working with young dancers and performing artists, as well as the youth
themselves. The seminar venue is the Finnish National Opera and Ballet,
Helsinki, but one can attend via Zoom from anywhere in the world and recordings
are available for all participants after the event. The event is organised in
conjunction with the Helsinki International Ballet Competition and the
seminar language is english.
